Rob Sanders was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas — straight outta CowTown. He cut his teeth in smoky bars and late-night jams with hometown legends who helped shape the sounds of metal, rap/rock, and country. With Texas grit and relentless drive, he absorbed every bit of wisdom those early mentors were willing to share.

His first taste of “fame” came in a 5th-grade talent show, belting out a KISS cover that lit a fire still burning today. Since then, Rob has performed thousands of shows and toured nationally in both original and cover bands, sharing the stage and working directly with members of Guns N’ Roses, Twisted Sister, Neil Diamond, Vanilla Ice, and many more.

Now based in the Pacific Northwest, Rob is carving a new chapter as a solo fingerstyle guitarist. He reimagines the songs that inspired him, blending melody, rhythm, and percussion into a sound that’s both nostalgic and fresh. His performances span major festivals and annual events—including SXSW, iHeartRadio, the American Cancer Society, and The Byron Nelson—as well as countless private and corporate events, trade shows, weddings, wineries, patios, clubs, and coffee shops.

Everywhere he plays, Rob offers audiences an authentic glimpse into his lifelong musical journey.
